The dual-wall thermal carafe keeps your brew hotter for longer (up to 4 hours) while the large capacity removable water tank is easy to fill. The included flat bottom and cone filter options make this the perfect brewer to suit a wide range of coffee making expertise and taste preferences.

- Includes flat bottom & cone filter baskets: Different basket shapes deliver different flavours. Discover your perfect brew with precision control.
- My Brew: Allows you to customize any of the parameters like bloom time, bloom volume, brew temperature and flow rate to suit your flavour preference and the particular coffee bean you're using - be it floral, fruity, or earthy.
- Adjustable bloom time: Adjustable control allows for the perfect bloom time to suit your beans. Once the bloom is complete the remaining water is delivered to the grind to complete the brew.
- Precise brewing temperature: The Thermocoil heating system with PID Control delivers great tasting coffee through precise digital control of temperature, flow rate, and contact time. Water temperature can be adjusted between 197–204 degrees Farenheit as per SCA guidelines.
- Adjustable flow rate: Select from 3 different flow rates to optimize contact time.
- Delay Start: Programmable timer allows you to set it to start automatically, delivering the perfect brew whenever you like, up to 24 hours in advance

Easy Cold Brew: The preset for cold brew will brew at a higher concentration to create a well-balanced base for any of your coffee drink creations. Ready in up to 30 min depending on the volume of water used, you can have cold brew faster than ever.

Removable Water Tank: Fully removable, large capacity 60 fl oz (12 cup) water tank with integrated Claro Swiss water filter and measuring lines. The wide lid allows you to quickly pour in more water with less splash-back.
