Sipstruck - Colombia - La Villa Isnos Geisha Coffee Beans

Sipstruck's La Villa Isnos is an anaerobically washed Geisha from San Jose de Isnos, Colombia that delivers high clarity and vibrant citric acidity with a refined, silky mouthfeel. Grown at 1,720 meters on a family farm, this Geisha undergoes 24 hours of fermentation in cherry followed by 24 hours in mucilage juice before washing. Creating intense fruit character with tropical punch, red currant, and nectarine notes anchored by structured sweetness and a clean, extended finish that showcases both varietal clarity and processing precision.
